Stretcher Please!!

Hi keepers of the blog.

Well, today was a struggle to even get out of my bed to get son out of his bed for school.

Did I really tell the new victim that we will go jogging today? Maybe she wont remember this time, I mean she did actually forget that she was going jogging yesterday,.......mmmmmm which is probably why she will remember today, her aching limbs will be a reminder.

I eventually get up, pull on these pesky jog pants grab keys, mobile and walk to neighbours house to see if she ready. Of course she is. She had even sent me a text to remind me about jogging!

'Its a nice day' says happy neighbour, and it is. The sun is up, birds etc etc, but all I could think of is "I just want this done so I can rest".

I start the timer and we head off at a steady pace, and already happy neighbour is putting me at ease with her 'I might not be able to jog the whole way this time, not after yesterday' MMM a little bit of comfort for me, knowing that, I can take full advantage of her less than eagerness to jog the whole way.

We jogged on and on and I had remarked to Happy (that is what I shall call her on account she is always smilining!!) that this point here, this lamppost, just before dog poo ally is furthest I had jogged non stop on this route, so I was very pleased, and we carried on, right up to turn around lamppost, pausing only for a second or two to direct lady to play park.

I was well pleased we jogged back straight away, rerouting lady to the park, 'What she didn't understand about "just follow the path straight"' I don't know. I was also thinking, 'Why is Happy nagging me like nagging sister' as we jogged on through dog poo ally.

We didn't quite make the whole round trip in one jog, we must have walked maybe three lamppost in all, (me probably 4) but out time was impressive it was 15;22;63, Well I am very pleased with that at this point in my training. Well pleased.

And nagging sister, it seems, has an Alli in Happy neighbour!!
